DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS + DELIVERY TIMES
Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 24 - 48 hours. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Prices for shipments not qualified for free shipping are determined by the weight and the price the carrier charges for delivery.
HAWAII AND ALASKA
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping services.
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS.
Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed.
A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
FedEx and UPS do not provide delivery service to PO Boxes. If you are having an order shipped to a PO Box please select accordingly, so that the package is not delayed and/or returned.
SHIPPING + TAXES REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise, it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
